Fashion Motion Lookbook
is an AI-native workflow exploration developed as part of an advanced realism assignment focused on photorealistic fashion imagery. What began as a study in model, styling and product realism evolved into a repeatable production workflow for maintaining character identity, visual continuity and editorial consistency across stills and motion.
Why it matters
Creating a convincing AI fashion image is one challenge; maintaining that quality across an entire campaign is another. This project explores how structured workflows can transform isolated generations into consistent, production-ready campaign assets.
Objective
Develop a repeatable workflow that preserves character identity, styling, lighting and editorial direction across fashion imagery and motion.
Creative Direction
Inspired by contemporary fashion editorials and cinematic night photography, the visual language balances photographic realism with a restrained editorial aesthetic.
System
The workflow combines structured character references, wardrobe control, pose variation and staged generation to improve realism while maintaining consistency across multiple outputs.
Outcome
A repeatable AI production workflow capable of generating campaign-ready fashion imagery and motion with consistent identity, styling and visual language across scalable creative assets.
